Sometimes some of the default settings or our own tiny errors can get in the way of our experience at our favourite online gaming site, this can really suck as it can often be hard to immediately figure out what the problem is and if you don’t know much about troubleshooting or the ins and outs of your computer then it can be a little frustrating when an error message pops up.

This problem is one that players most often have with the downloaded desktop version of the SlotsMagic platform. It is not a huge problem and can be solved rather quickly in just a couple of steps but there is no doubt that it can be a little annoying when it does happen as you are just trying to get into the site to play your favourite SlotsMagic games.
If you are unable to log into the download version of SlotsMagic, you may not have logged out properly from the web version. This is a pretty common mistake to make s we are so used to just leaving a site and not bothering to log out, we all fall victim to it now and then.
Since the problem is an easy one to fall into the solution is rather easy too. All you have to do to get back to your SlotsMagic games is to ensure you are logging out correctly from the website version by clicking on the Logout button. That’s it, as simple as that.

So this error affects the online version of the site as it has to do with the default settings of your browser as to how it reacts to pop-ups like the cashier. You see normally your browser will try to protect you from pop-ups as they can sometimes be damaging but the cashier pop up is of course not only safe but also necessary.
To configure the pop-up blocker from Internet Explorer, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to All Programs and then click Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab, and then select the Block pop-ups check box to turn off the Pop-up Blocker.
- Click Apply and then click OK.
To configure the pop-up blocker in Google Chrome, follow these steps:
- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
- In the Pop-ups section, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
- Click Apply and OK. Then restart your browser.
