Make sure that Roxy Palace are in your Safe Senders!

2017-08-22 09:50:40

Roxy Palace often directly deal with their customers when it comes to promotions and letting them know about the new happenings on the site so that they can stay up to date and informed. This means that they need a way to get in contact with their members that is unobtrusive and free for both parties. There is really only one service that provides this kind of free and easy communication and that is email. Email is great because it is instant communication that can wait a while if you don’t check your email right away, that’s fine but if you want to stay on top of them and alert to what is coming in then you can do that also.

The email also allows the sender to add a lot of personalisation to their emails and really make them pop to the eye, as well as this they can send it to pretty much every single one of their customers and expect a huge readership. That is of course unless the person’s email account is set up in such a way that Roxy Palace communication gets wrongly detected as spam.

This means that the email operator will filter it out and it won’t appear in your inbox as well as it is automatically deleted after a certain amount of time to clear up space. This is disastrous if you are the type of person who likes to receive offers and promotions from such places like Roxy Palace where you spend a lot of time and would really appreciate some deals for.

In order to fix this, Roxy Palace have researched just how to prevent it from happening for the most popular email service providers out there. And if yours is not here then I would suggest either contacting the provider directly for help or trying to figure it out yourself.
