As part of the Mr Green 2.0 business strategy, the company are overhauling their whole product offering and the launch of Mr Green Sportsbook 2.0 in the UK and Ireland is the first step towards a whole new look Mr Green.
Mr Green have launched their new sports betting platform, Sportsbook 2.0, in the UK and Ireland. Partnering with Bettorlogic Mr Green have updated their sports betting platform to create an improved content experience. Speaking at Betting on Sports 2017 the Head of Sportsbook for Mr Green, Enda Gaffney described the new look sportsbook as “more entertaining and more engaging than your traditional sportsbook offering”.
The new look sports betting platform will offer players everything they’ve come to expect from the Swedish operator with a whole host of new extra features and bonuses. New features include ‘Football Combi Spin’ which allows punters to set their own odds and spin to find their preferred match selection as well as more game betting options such as the ability to bet on the next point in a tennis match. The new platform will offer punters more than 17,000 matches or in play betting options every week.
Speaking at the launch of Sportsbook 2.0 the CEO of Mr Green, Jesper Kärrbrink said: “Mr Green’s new smart sportsbook is designed to help the player bet smarter via 17,000 weekly bet prompts based on data from Bettorlogic. We call this Bet Assist. On top of this, we have also increased the entertainment level by new and cool ways to bet, like the Instant Tennis Feature, Football Combi Spin or newly designed Horse Finder. With this, I believe we have taken our sportsbook to a new level.”
Mr Green will be hoping that their new, sophisticated sports betting platform will be a big hit with their punters by boosting player engagement and enjoyment. Jesper Kärrbrink outlined the ‘five cornerstones’ of the company’s strategy: brand, user experience, product offering, geographic expansion and being a world leader in responsible gambling. He explained: “The launch of our new Sportsbook 2.0 embraces all five of these cornerstones and particularly so from a Green Gaming aspect by helping the player make informed betting decisions based on the expert insight as provided by Bettorlogic. I think we are the first sportsbook really trying to help our customers bet smarter.”
The new sportsbook uses analytical and modelling tools provided by Bettorlogic to generate bet prompts and to help users to place smarter bets.
