Resetting your Password at LeoVegas

When you go to the LeoVegas website and realise that you don’t quite remember the password that you have registered to your account at registration you will not be able to log in to your account. Fret not however as help is just a click away.

Lost Password

You don’t have to go looking for your saving grace at LeoVegas, it is right there on the front page of the website. Simply go to the top of the page and in very clear yellow writing and the fourth link from the left you will see the words ‘Lost Password’. This is a link that will start you on your journey to accessing your account through resetting your password. Click on this and you are brought to the next page instantly.

The Next Three Steps

On this next page, you are given the three steps necessary to order a new password. The first of these asks you to provide the email address with which you set up your account in the first place, with this they can verify that it is actually you trying to get into your account as you will need to be logged into your email account to view the email that they sent you.

After you have entered your email address then simply click on the button just below the field in which you have just finished typing that says ‘Get New Password’. A box will pop up verifying that an email has been sent to you with instructions on how to reset your LeoVegas password. You should receive this email immediately, however, if you do not see it in your inbox then be sure to have a look in your Spam folder as sometimes your email provider will incorrectly filter out some emails into Spam.

The email will be short and easy to understand and will provide you with a link to reset your password. Click on this link and you will be brought back to the LeoVegas website where you can finally put the finishing touches to the password reset process.

The password reset page simply asks you to put in a new password that can be anything you wish so long as it fulfils these requirements: Password needs to contain at least one digit, and should consist of between 6 and 30 characters. (a-z, A-Z, 0-9, *!@?#|()_,.;:). These requirements make the password a lot more secure than if it were simply just a word on its own.

When making this new password make sure that you choose something memorable so that you won’t have to go through this process in future but it is also incredibly important that this password is not too easy for someone to guess.

When you have entered the new password twice all that is left to do is click on the big button that says ‘Change Password’ and hey presto you have a brand new password for your LeoVegas account.
