Sky Bet Sporting Life Pick 7

The horse racing game will be played every Saturday and on other big racing occasions such as the Cheltenham Festival and the Royal Ascot meeting.

Registration

Current Sky Bet users need to go to the Pick 7 section of the Sky Bet website and enter their Sky Bet User ID and PIN. For new users, registration to Sky Bet is needed to play this game, and the many others available for free on the website. New customers should click on register, complete personal details and choose a User ID and PIN.

Pick 7 Details

Players select pick one horse to win in each of the Pick 7 races available, as well as answering a tiebreak question on the winning distance of one of those races. If two or more players select all 7 winners, then the winner is the player who got closest to the winning distance in the tiebreaker. In the event of a tie in the tiebreak, the prize money will be split between the winners. Sky Bet offer a £$€1,000 consolation prize to a player who picks 7 winners but loses out on the jackpot prize in a tiebreaker. Only one consolation prize is available, given to the player who submitted his or her selections the earliest.

The login details needed for Pick 7 are your Sky Bet User ID and Pin. Indeed, Sky Bet users can use their login details across the full spectrum of Sky Bet products – Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker, Sky Casino, Super 6 and Fantasy Football.

What happens if a Pick 7 Selection is a Non-Runner?

If one of your Sky Bet picks is a non-runner, then much like a Placepot the selection automatically transfers onto the SP favourite in that race. In the event of joint or co-favourites in that race, the selection becomes the joint or co-favourites with the lowest race card number.

What happens if there is a Dead Heat?

In the event of a dead heat, both selections will be counted as winners.

Abandoned/Void Races

If any Pick 7 race is abandoned, postponed or not completed the race will be considered void. If 6 of the 7 races are completed during any week, the Jackpot for that week will become £$€500. If 5 of the 7 are completed, the Jackpot will be reduced further to £$€250. If 4 or fewer races are completed on the Pick 7 card, the Jackpot will be £$€100. If any of the Pick 7 races are not completed on any given week, the above-mentioned £$€1,000 consolation prize will not be available.

Leaderboard

Available on the Sky Bet website, the Pick 7 leaderboard will update users on their current status and the latest winners.

No Pick 7 Winners

In the event of no person picking all 7 winners, the best performing player will receive £$€1,000 cash. 6 wins and 1 place is the next best performance followed by 6 wins and 0 unplaced. Below this is 5 wins and 2 unplaced, and so on until Sky Bet finds a winner.
