Microgaming’s Play It Forward: Making that spin on Thunderstruck count double

2016-08-30 11:31:58

The Isle of Man-based software company Microgaming has announced that it donated £30.000 to charitable causes. The difference between the fundraising efforts of Microgaming and those of other companies is that the gaming giant asked its customers to decide on the charities that would receive the funds.

Microgaming asked their players to vote on a charity in each region: Isle of Man, UK and Europe, Africa and the Rest of the World. The charities chosen by Microgaming players were Wish Upon a Dream from the Isle of Man, CLIC Sargent in the United Kingdom, Save the Rhino for the African region and Cure Cancer Australia, all receiving a gift of £7.500 each.
